Nothing you don’t need
The company’s stated rule is that it will never try to sell a customer something they don’t need. You get the repair that fixes the problem, and a plain explanation of why.
About the company
25 years in the trade. One rule: do sound work and deal honestly.
Integrity Plumbing Service, LLC is a residential service and repair plumbing company based in Apache Junction, Arizona, serving homes across the East Valley.
The company was established in 2026, and it was built on experience: 25 years in the plumbing trade, earned on service calls for established plumbing companies before Integrity opened under its own name. That history shapes how the company works. It has seen what good service looks like from the inside, and it has seen the upselling and the pressure that give the trade a bad name.
The word has two meanings, and both apply. In ordinary speech it means honesty: doing the right thing when nobody would know the difference. In engineering it means soundness. A pipe has integrity when it holds its pressure, with no weak joint and nothing hidden.
Most plumbing ends up behind a wall, under a slab or beneath the floor of a manufactured home, where the customer will never look at it. Whether that work is sound depends entirely on the standards of whoever did it. The company’s stated goal is honest, reliable and consistent service, and its rule is that it will never try to sell you something you don’t need.
Integrity is a repair company. The work is residential: leaking pipes and fittings, drains and sewer lines, water heaters and recirculation pumps, gas lines, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers and tubs, garbage disposals and plumbing inspections. In its own words, the company fixes anything plumbing-related, big or small.
The company’s logo is a shield with a cross, and beneath it a reference: Philippians 2:3-4. The passage is about humility and about looking to the interests of others. In practice that is the discount for first responders, active military, veterans and teachers, and it is the plain habit of treating every customer with respect.
The standard
Four readings that should be the same on every job, for every customer.
The company’s stated rule is that it will never try to sell a customer something they don’t need. You get the repair that fixes the problem, and a plain explanation of why.
Prices are meant to be fair on every job, whether it is a dripping faucet or a failed water heater. You hear the price before the work starts.
Customers are treated with respect: questions answered, options explained without pressure, and the decision left with the homeowner.
Honest, reliable and consistent is how the company describes its goal. The tenth call should go exactly like the first.
Serving those who serve
Integrity Plumbing Service offers discounted plumbing repairs to the people who look after everyone else. If that is you or someone in your household, say so when you call.
“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.”
What to expect
Four steps, and you know where the job stands at each one.
(480) 973-2020Tell us what the plumbing is doing, how long it has been doing it and where in the East Valley you are. The more detail, the better the first visit goes.
We find the actual cause, show you what we found and explain your options in plain language. If a simple repair will do, that is what we recommend.
You hear the price before any work begins. If you qualify for the first responder, military, veteran or teacher discount, tell us and it comes off.
The repair is put back under pressure and checked before we pack up. A joint either holds or it does not, and we want to see it hold.
